Mariola Rodas

Area Director, Contest Organizer, and Bilingual Mentor

ince joining Toastmasters in 2019, Mariola Rodas has worn many hats: Area Director, Club President, VP of Membership, Treasurer, and speech mentor. She made history by organizing the first Spanish-speaking International Speech Contest in District 56 and has been a guiding force for aspiring speakers since 2020.

Mariola is a fierce advocate for inclusion and empowerment. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, resilience, and the belief that everyone has a story worth sharing. She continues to elevate others while sharpening her own skills—proving that true leaders never stop growing.
